Growth Model for 2012 
iMobileDoctor is only accepting 20 Ace Hardware dealers in the 2011-2012 time period.  The reason is we want controlled growth and it's critical we maintain our commitment to quality and service.  We require an initial reservation down payment to reserve your spot on the 2012 calendar.

The reservation payment reserves your roll-out spot for 2012 business year. In addition, below are the value added items you receive by partnering with iMobileDoctor. On average, our web developers spend 30-40 hours customizing multiple web pages on multiple domains dedicated to your Ace Hardware store. These pages are highly ranked and programmed for important keyword terms on Google. This is what brings customers to your store and is by far the biggest competitive advantage. Repair Technician Assignment
iMobileDoctor finds a qualified technician that can service your Ace Hardware store.  Customer drop off their iMobility devices and our technician comes on-site to perform the repairs.  We validate his credentials and provide any additional training that could be required.  All iMobileDoctor technicians are contract resources from your area.  We provide the training and customer service expectations. 
On-line Inventory Purchasing
iMobileDoctor makes it easy to purchase and track new inventory using our online system dedicated to our dealer network.  Review a history of all previous purchases and make special order purchases.

Send an email to order@iMobileDoctor.com with your contact information.  Include your phone number and location along with any specific question details.  Our management staff will contact you within 48 hours to answer these questions. 


What are My Next Steps to Register? 
Start by purchasing the "Ace Hardware Dealer Registration".  After this is purchased, our management will contact you to collaborate on your installation.  After this discussion, if for any reason you decide this solution will not work for you we will refund 100% of your registration money.

Next step, is to select an "Inventory Package" that will suite your needs.  This package is typically selected and ordered after discussions with our sales staff.  Our team will discuss the benefits between each package.  Payment must be made fully prior to any inventory being mailed out. 

The next inventory restock order can be placed on our secure website using a special login for your location.  This order can be placed via Purchase Order using NET 30 terms or Credit Card.

Payment reserves your spot for 2012 roll-out and partnership with iMobileDoctor LLC.  These funds are also used to contribute to the web development costs for your specific location.  After payment, you will be supplied with an estimated date of installation.  All website development will be completed within 4 weeks of receiving payment.  Conference call with your dealer management will be scheduled within 2 weeks of payment.
